On Sunday 31 August 2014, one of our Teachers at Carrum PS, Narelle Derix, is taking part in the annual fundraising event for Parkinson’s Victoria ‘A Walk in the Park’ . This event aims to raise awareness for services and research that improves the quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s in Victoria.

“I am taking part in the ‘A Walk in the Park’ on Sunday 31 August to support and celebrate those living with Parkinson’s. I have chosen to make a difference and fundraise for Parkinson’s Victoria, as it is a cause that is close to my heart.
