Re-use, Reduce, Recycle and Re-think! Our new motto in Grade 1/2.

Our exciting excursion to the Recycling and sorting plant has inspired us. We discovered that old coke bottles are turned into…jumpers!! Glass bottles become Bus Lanes (which glitter) and a 1litre milk carton = 4 pieces of paper! If your plastic scrunches easily it is not recyclable and becomes landfill which takes hundreds of years to break down so let’s all bring lunch boxes and other re-usable containers and save our Earth!
